To help us help you faster
- Your iPhone, iPad or Mac model and its iOS or macOS version.
- The FlyGlyph version and build from Settings → About, for example 0.1.0 (12).
- What you were doing when it happened. For a design, include the text, the lettering style and your aircraft's airspeed and bank limit.
- Screenshots are welcome. For a design that looks wrong, a backup file (Settings → Backup → Export designs and settings) lets us see exactly what you see.
Quick answers
- Bought it before, or new device? Settings → Purchase → Restore purchase.
- Have a code from us? Settings → Purchase → Redeem code.
- Getting the plan into your GPS: export the .fpl, open it in ForeFlight or another EFB that imports Garmin flight plans, then send it to the panel GPS.
- Moving to a new device: Settings → Backup → Export designs and settings, then Import backup on the new device and choose Replace to bring back everything as it was.
- Starting over: Settings → Delete Data and Reset to Defaults (at the bottom) deletes every design, folder and aircraft profile and resets all settings. Your purchase isn't affected.

Fly safe. FlyGlyph is a planning and creative tool, not a navigation source. Before every flight, check airspace, TFRs, NOTAMs, terrain and fuel with official sources (14 CFR 91.103). The pilot in command is responsible for the safe conduct of the flight.
